The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged at the upper corners and at the upper vertical edges to the backing board. Artist's tack-holes are periodically to the edges. A small tear is to the center upper edge. Spots of adhesive residue are occasional, most notably to the left lower edge and presumably studio-related. Pinpoint accretions are infrequent. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
