The vase is decorated with dragon and phoenix roundels alternating with four of the `Eight Treasures' (babao), between ruyi-shaped floral lappets and stylised lotus.

Provenance
Removed from Alderley Park, Nether Alderley, Cheshire in the 1930s, and thence by descent to the present owner.
