We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
First:
-The bottle appears to be in overall good condition.
-There is a minute surface nick with associated area of polishing to the outer mouth rim.
-There is no spoon.

Second:
-There are a few areas of minor polishing to the outer mouth rim.
-There is a minute nick to the inner mouth rim.
-There are minute nicks to the foot rim.
-There are a few areas of minor polishing to the foot.

Third:
-There are minute nicks and small areas of polishing to the outer mouth rim.
-There is a minute nick to edge of one horse's tail.
