There are faint spots of discoloration throughout the work's surface, especially concentrated in the upper left, center right, and lower left areas of the work. There is a translucent reddish-brown accretion anon the upper right quadrant. There is a slight vertical crease in upper right corner of the work. In the lower left quadrant there is a faint horizontal mark. When examined under ultraviolet light, in inpainting is apparent. This work was not examined out of its frame.
