The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Each with some light overall wear to the gilding.
The largest with a restuck small triangular rim loss to the right of the portrait (approx. 1 cm.) with an associated long Y-shaped line; the other side with a large triangular section (approx. 5 in.) of the rim out and restuck with associated small areas of fill and cracks; the handle restuck and with restored fritting to the edges, now yellowed.
The medium (51⁄2 in. high) - Most of the surface has been lightly sprayed, making it difficult to determine what has been done; some faint cracks visible just above the lower handle terminal and to the right of the handle.
The smallest (45⁄8 in. high) - With a restored rim chip with an associated very faint hairline (approx. 11⁄2 in. long); a tiny rim nick.
