The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The pile is thick and full throughout with a good lustre. There is some wear to the sides and the foundation is visible in small sections. There is a small replied section in the outer black stripe at one end which measures 6cm. in length. One original selvage is secure and the other is frayed in places and may require securing in the future. The ends have some original kilim end finish and fringes but are frayed in places and will require securing in the future. Overall this carpet is in good condition.
