The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
L'œuvre est sur sa toile d'origine. Une légère ondulation de la toile est visible le long du bord gauche et sur la tranche supérieur. Présence d'une légère trace de frottement dans l’angle inférieur gauche. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.
The work is not lined. The canvas slightly undulates along the left edge and to the upper overlap. There is a slight rubbing mark on the left lower corner. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
