As stated in the cataloguing the top is later. The color of the patina to the top is lighter than the base. There are a few stains to the top. There is some minor shrinkage to the top. The collar joining the top and base has historic, apparently inactive woodworm. There is minor wear to the legs and feet with loss to one claw.
