The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This chest is in quite good condition overall. There are the inevitable minor scratches, scuffs and abrasions overall consistent with age and use. There are a couple of horizontal splits to both sides. The handles and escutcheon are apparently later. Drawer lock associated. The feet and base of the aprons with some minor wear. Spliced repairs in front stiles, the front rail replaced. Otherwise, presents well.
