The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Some scattered shallow chips and nicks throughout; a few pieces with some crazing; light surface wear throughout. Further issues enumerated below.

A rounded rectangular well-and-tree platter, 20 in. long-- good condition
A rounded rectangular platter, 18¹⁄₂ in. long-- good condition
A rounded rectangular platter, 16¹⁄₄ in. long-- good condition
A circular tureen and cover, 14 in. wide-- with two Y-shaped cracks, one connecting to a circular crack to the lower body, the cover with four short hairline cracks to the rim,
Two vegetable dishes and covers, 12 in. wide overall-- both with some crazing, one with a crack encircling the central motif;
one cover with a large restuck section to the rim (the old glue now yellowed), the other cover with two circular sections that appear to have been out and restuck/reglued with an associated crack extending to the rim
Four sauce-tureens, covers and stands, 9 in. wide (the stands)-- one stand with both handles poorly restuck, one stand with one handle restuck with an old staple repair, one stand with a crack to the center; one tureen with a J-shaped crack extending from the rim, one tureen with a restuck small crescent-shaped rim break, one tureen with two fine hairline cracks to the rim and a large chip and smaller chip to its inner flange
Twenty-six dinner plates 10¹⁄₂ in. diameter-- most in good condition, some small scattered chips, one with a short hairline crack emanating from a chip, one with a star crack to the center, one cracked three quarters of the way across with an associated chip to the foot rim and another short crack to the rim, one plate cracked half way across with related stain
Twenty-two luncheon or dessert plates 9 in. diameter-- one with a 1 inch hairline crack to rim, one with three short rim cracks
Twelve soup plates 10¹⁄₂ in. diameter-- one with a short crack to rim and a chip with a very small associated crack
