The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.
One dish: extensive restoration to the rim and cavetto measuring approx. one half of the dish with associated overspraying and overpainting that possibly covers further losses that may have been restored with composite material that is not visible under UV light; a few nicks to the foot ring.
The other dish: has a semi-circular restored section to the rim meauring approx. 6.5 x 2.5 cm. with a few tiny losses and an associated hairline measuring approx. 3.5 cm, and a small ground chip to the rim measuring approx. 1 x 0.5 cm.
