The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In 'country house' condition.
With the inevitable minor marks, scratches, knocks, dents, shrinkage, scuffing and wear consistent with age and use.
As catalogued, the top is associated and with a few gouges to the surface, two chips to the edge and an edge replacement repair. But, the bearers belong with the bird cage. Bearers rotated slightly. Restoration to the lobe edge.
