The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to, or elaboration of, the catalogue entry:
- toning to the whole sheet of the pochoir
- a small retouched area, presumably a crack in the printed surface, upper left
- the ink drawing verso possibly cropped
- areas with brown paper fibres, presumably from a sheet which has removed, which was presumably pasted over it
- both works framed
