The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- with narrow margins.
- two short tears at the tip of the upper left corner, repaired.
- a vertical, flattened crease from the upper sheet edge at left down, with a short, skilfully repaired tear (circa 8 mm. in length), above the signature.
- two other soft, vertical, slightly oblique flattened creases in the upper part of the sheet, mostly visible in raking light.
- the upper sheet edge supported with paper fibres verso.
- some minor surface dirt.
- remains of old hinges at the left sheet edge verso.
Otherwise as described and in good condition
