Portrait frontispiece, 2 folding maps, and folding table in vol. 1 (some spotting). Contemporary dark blue blindstamped calf with gilt rule border and gilt on spine, CR monogram gilt on front boards. Provenance: Henry Monroe (gift inscription "on souvenire de mon pere" from Charles Monroe).
