The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Some abrasion to the paint above the imperial party upper right and in and around the left shoulder of the standing figure in the doorway upper left. Some abrasions to the paint along the right edge and in the lower left corner. Marks and small losses. Discoloured varnish overall. Under UV light, evidence of retouchings to the aforementioned abrasions.
