A similar ormolu-mounted green horn cartel clock with a dial signed by Varoquier is located in the Salle des Séances Solennelles of the Palais de Justice de Chambéry in Savoie, France. Further cartel clocks with green stained horn have been sold at Christie's, New York, 13-14 October 2016, lot 243, and 10-11 January 2007 lot 666, as well as at Sotheby's, London, 9 June 2004, lot 59.
