This is a possibly unique Patek Philippe Ref. 1538 in 18k pink gold and a salmon dial. The case, made by Eggly & Cie, features two import hallmarks on the caseback for Lisbon, Portugal. It is believed that Portuguese hallmarked Patek Philippe watches are considered extremely rare and collectible.
