The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Gold paint, watercolour, gouache and pencil on paper. The reverse of the sheet is adhered at the upper part to a board. One artist's tack hole at each upper corner. Some very pale light staining with a very few minute spots of foxing in places. The medium is very fresh and strong throughout. The composition is extremely delicate. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally very good condition.

Peinture dorée, aquarelle, gouache et graphite sur papier. Le revers de la feuille est fixé sur la partie supérieure à un carton. Un trou de punaise fait par l'artiste à chaque coin supérieur. Très légère insolation de la feuille associée à quelques très rares piqûres par endroits. Le médium est vif et frais sur l'ensemble de la composition. La composition est très délicate. Selon notre opinion cette œuvre apparait en très bonne condition générale.
