The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Unlined. The tacking edges are reinforced and covered with tape. A surface abrasion above the buildings at left and scattered embedded paintbrush bristles. Under ultraviolet light, inpainting scattered along the upper extreme edge, including the upper left extreme corner. An approximately five inch diagonal line of inpainting in the upper left corner, slightly visible in natural light, and a few small spots and dots scattered elsewhere. Discolored varnish.
