The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Please note antique textiles exhibit wear, losses, soiling and tears from normal use and repurposing. Some elements are re-pieced together with complimentary or contemporaneous textiles to mend.

The yellow ground silk with discoloration and staining scattered. A few small watermarks as well. There is light fraying and thread loss to the embroidered roundels and decoration. The sleeves with fraying and loose threads in particular to the crease lines and along the hem lines. The blue silk lining is faded and worn. There is separation along seam lines particularly around the collar. Lacking one metal button closure at neckline.
