Details
The carving depicts a hollowed lotus pod borne on a stem that is tied together with the stems of a lotus bud, a curled lotus leaf and stalks of millet, with a katydid and a beetle resting on the edge and on the underside of the lotus leaf respectively, and a spider on the edge of lotus pot at the back.
