The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Des trous de punaise de l’artiste sont visibles dans les angles. La surface présente quelques points d’accrétions et traces de froissement par endroits. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.
Not examined out of the frame. The sheet is hinged on the reverse to a cardboard support along the edges and undulates very slightly. There are pin holes by the artist to the corners. There are pinpoint accretions and soft creases in places to the surface. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
