The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
There is a firing crack with smaller associated cracks to the back of the post, which is inherent to its manufacture. There is a small loss with associated area of polish to the wave tip. There are minor nicks to the edges and extremities, particularly on the eye brows, beard, and the edges of the robe. The figure appears to be in overall good condition.
