A THREE-COLOR-OVERLAY BUBBLE-SUFFUSED GLASS BOTTLE
18TH/EARLY 19TH CENTURY
Of flattened, rounded form on an oval, flat foot, the bottle is carved through the pale sapphire-blue and clear overlays with a goldfish swimming amongst lotus. The 'snowstorm' ground is suffused with tiny bubbles and accented with red-tinged patches.
