Christie’s is honoured to present The collection of Prince and Princess Sadruddin Aga Khan in two auctions this season, a live one and this online auction. The latter focuses on charming and decorative pieces from this iconic collection, which was displayed in their Geneva home, Bellerive Castle. The Aga Khan’s gathered an outstanding collection from a variety of cultures across the globe, reflecting their essence with this universal, yet very personal selection of works of art. Henri Samuel, one of the most exclusive interior designer of the 20th Century, was in charge of the decoration of this stunning château on the shore of Geneva Lake.
