The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In country house condition. With the inevitable marks, chips and scratches consistent with age and use. The tray top with large circular water stain. The veneers with several surface cracks most notably to the upper rail and left cabinet door, both doors with visible tenting. Horizontal shrinkage cracks to the two sides and verso of the cabinet. The bottom of the internal cupboard with some warping. Back right leg with a surface chip. Evidence of historic woodworm, now inactive.
