The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This centre table is in overall good condition.
With the inevitable knocks, scratches and wear consistent with age and handling.
The lacquer top in good conserved condition.
The top with minor infill repair to some historic shrinkage splits.
Some gentle warping to the top.
A few isolated losses to the lacquer.
A few chips and nibbles to peripheral edges of the legs.
Evidence of historic woodworm, apparently inactive.
The bamboo fretwork has likely been adapted from a Chinese Export tray or table.
Some small repairs to the bamboo fretwork.
A light buildup of dust to the bamboo frieze, it would benefit from a gentle clean.
Consolidation of splits and movement to joins to the tops of the legs.
The lion paw feet tarnished.
Structurally sound, presents well and ready to place.
