The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

A lovely and well-proportioned example. Overall with some scattered minor age and construction cracks as expected. Evidence of old worm damage to the underside (now inactive). Both legs on the proper right side with repaired breaks at the knee. The carving with some scattered minor nicks and abrasions as expected. Re-gilt and now with some rubbing, particularly at high points, revealing bole and gesso in areas. Also some minor infill as to be expected. Sturdy, presents well overall, ready to place.
