The gilding with rubbing, oxidation and surface dirt throughout. Hanging ball and one of the lower molded elements of the later central shaft with restored breaks. As to be expected, with some replacements to glass throughout, particularly to the stars and flower heads. Scattered losses, chips and abrasions to glass throughout as expected. The obelisks largely 18th century. The ball apparently 18th century but with some repaired cracks. The majority of the faceted glass elements with a nice color, soft beveling and drilling typical to 18th century manufacture. Drilled and wired for electricity.
