The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition. Each individual piece presents handsomely and with light wear. The table is of good structural condition. Surfaces lightly varnished and with minor light scratches and an occasional tiny dent, not readily noticeable. The underside with two long protective felt strips to keep leaves from scratching when not in use. The top of one leg with a very minor old loss, noticeable only under close inspection. The chairs in overall very good condition. Caning is replaced and some seats present with a minor breaks to the webbing and light surface dirt. Classic modern designs. Ready to be placed.
