The collection also features Spain’s flagship Vega Sicilia Único, including the increasingly rare 1975, 1981 and 1989.
Further along, the carefully sourced and impeccably stored Family Cellar of a New England Financier showcases celebrated wines such as 1989 Haut Brion, 1990 Margaux, a 1989 La Conseillante.
The sale also features a superb offering of wines from the legendary producer Coche-Dury, purchased directly on release from the importer.
We will also offer an unprecedented selection of Ports direct from the cellars of Raby Castle in County Durham, England, having been purchased on release by the ancestors of the current Lord Barnard. This selection features Dow’s 1927, Fonseca 1934, Cockburn 1950 and the legendary Taylor’s 1948. Further highlights include an important private collection of Madeira spanning 100 years, featuring the legendary Blandy’s Sercial 1875 Grabham bottlings.
