Sale Overview

We are delighted to host our winter online auction which contains a treasure-trove of rare wines and spirits.

Burgundy is a highlight of the sale with bottles and magnums from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti leading the sale. Domaine Ponsot, Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé, Domaine Drouhin and Lucien Le Moine feature amongst a line-up of wonderful Pinot Noirs. Arnaud Ente and Domaine Coche-Dury are seminal names which appear with a catalogue of their best wines in bottle and magnum. A selection of wines from Domaine Roumier features, staring with Bonnes-Mares 1996.

Champagne is an important aspect of the sale. Salon, Krug, Selosse and Dom Pérignon all appear with special bottlings such as the Dom Pérignon x Lenny Kravitz 2008 magnum and the rare Salon Oenothèque Case on offer.

Deep Bordeaux parcels are featured in this sale from a private collection. The exceptional 2000, 2005 and 2009 vintages appear in their original wooden cases from Châteaux such as Mouton Rothschild, Lafite Rothschild, Margaux, Haut Brion and La Mission Haut Brion. Another offering comes from the immaculate cellars of a European collector. An impeccable line-up of Bordeaux, including the First Growths, Petrus and Le Pin features, with many vintages in large format. Petrus 1995 in imperial and Château Mouton-Rothschild 1998 in double-magnum are notable wines. Wines are also on offer direct from the cellars of the Malbec Family, (past winemakers at Château Latour). Special bottles such as Rosé de Latour and Grapillons de Latour appear.

The New World is presented with vintages of Screaming Eagle, Opus One, Dominus, Bond and Heitz, Bella Oaks.

Madeira is on offer with beautiful bottlings such as 1864 Bual from Blandys and 1825 Boal from Lomelino featuring. The collector of these Madeira bottles has lovingly put them together over many years and the last two centuries are presented.

We are delighted to partner with World Whisky Awards for an offering of whiskies and rums. A very rare bottle of Rosebank Aged 31 Years, Bottled 2022 is offered. Glenmorangie, Bunnahabhain, Jura and Highland Park all feature from Scotland. A lovely offering of Tasmanian whisky from Sullivans Cove and Lark is offered. Elsewhere, a private collection of whiskies is featured in impeccable condition. Macallan is a highlight of this whisky collection, with The Macallan The Archival Series appearing, alongside Brora 40 Year Old, Glenfiddich 34 Year Old, Lagavulin 27 Year Old and Hibiki 21 Year Old.
