The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There is a fine layer of dust visible, and faint handling marks are visible occasionally near the edges. Faint abrasions are visible occasionally, most notably to the upper left quadrant of the right element. A few minute accretions are to the upper left quadrant in a black passage of the left element. Minute spots of retouching are visible occasionally to the upper quadrants of the right element, and vertical, hairline spots of retouching are occasionally along the left edge of the left element.
