The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. All elements appear to be present. The sheet is loose. There are artist pinholes to the extreme upper corners of the sheet. There is minor rubbing to the extreme corners and a pinpoint skinning to the lower edge of the sheet. There are minor surface inconsistencies in places to the wooden structure, presumably in keeping with the artist's chosen medium. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
