This summer’s First Open online auction in New York brings together a diverse selection of post-war and contemporary art for new and seasoned collectors alike. Leading with outstanding recent paintings by Tomoo Gokita and Kenny Scharf, First Open will also feature first-rate post-war offerings by Dubuffet, Riopelle and Hantaï from the collection of the Matisse family. Two special groupings from New York collectors present a wonderful suite of contemporary works on paper, and an eclectic consignment from Mr. Hong Gyu Shin.
