Drawing inspiration from Image World: Art and Media Culture — the 1989 Whitney Museum of American Art exhibition on the Picture Generation — Christie’s online auction showcases an array of important contemporary artists such Cindy Sherman, Richard Prince, Christopher Wool, Eddie Martinez, Roe Ethridge, and others.
