The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This folio suffers from some scuffing, particularly in the upper right hand corner, obvious in the image. This mainly affects the border and spandrels but also - to a lesser extent - the painting. There are small areas of spot staining and minor flakes to the paint. There is an area of loss to the border, along the lower edge - an area of about 3cm. across. There are strips of tape across each of the corners in the back, probably from when it was once mounted.
