Christie’s is thrilled to announce Modern and Contemporary Art Dubai. This online sale celebrates cross-cultural dialogues between modern and contemporary artists from the Middle East and the wider Global South, reflecting the region’s dynamic and diverse cultural environment.

Highlights include works by internationally admired female artists such as Manal Al Dowayan, Helen Khal, Monir Farmanfarmaian, Etel Adnan and Fahrelnissa Zeid. Sculptural pieces by Kader Attia, Mehdi Moutashar and Romuald Hazoumè are complemented by experiments into figuration, abstraction and materiality by Aboudia, Oscar Murillo and Nabil Nahas. The sale also pays tribute to the rich artistic heritage of the Middle East and North Africa with significant works by modern masters including Marwan, Abdul Halim Radwi, Mohamed Melehi and Ahmed Cherkaoui.
