The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- a small, very pale, unobtrusive stain at the left margin
- inscribed in pencil on the reverse
AC 72:
- the full sheet
- a few, very pale, unobtrusive pinpoint foxmarks at the margins and occasional, unobtrusive ink spotting
