Christie’s are pleased to announce Nilufar [100] Design Selections, an online auction featuring one hundred carefully chosen examples of furniture, lighting, textiles and objects, curated by Nina Yashar together with Christie’s. For nearly a quarter of a century, Nina’s Milan-based gallery has exhibited on international platforms to promote her highly personalised yet inclusive attitude towards design and craft from all nations and eras. This selection reveals works from the 1950s to the contemporary, by creators both established and emerging, and across a broad range of medium – yet all united by Nina’s unswerving pursuit of style, elegance and innovation in design.

Siamo felici di annunciare Nilufar [100] Design Selections la prima asta online offerta da Christie’s in Italia, che include una selezione di cento lotti di design, tra cui mobili, lampade, tappeti e complementi d’arredo, curata da Nina Yashar in collaborazione con Christie’s.

Per quasi un quarto di secolo, la galleria milanese di Nina ha saputo promuovere a livello internazionale un approccio al design e all’alto artigianato che trascende epoche e culture dimostrandosi sempre personale ed inclusivo.

La vendita, che comprende lavori creati da designer affermati ma anche emergenti, spaziando dagli anni ’50 al contemporaneo e dispiegando un’ampia gamma di tecniche e materiali, riflette la ricerca condotta da Nina Yashar nel costante tentativo di definire eleganza, innovazione e stile nel design.
