The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in very good condition. The pigment is slightly abraded in some areas along the upper margin - in the brown background near the signature. Another superficially abraded area is near the lower left corner. Some scattered foxing of the paper, visible in the areas (sky) covered with lighter colors. One diagonal superficial scratch in the sky at upper left, it might have been done with the back of the brush by the artist. Some imperfections along the left margin of the paper, but they might just mark the end of the drawn area.
