- with wide margins, the sheet edges slightly irregular
- the borderline probably strengthened with brush and ink.
- a vertical central crease, split in the upper and lower margin.
- flattened vertical folds across the right and left subject
- various creases, minor losses and stains in the margins
- remains of old adhesive along the central fold verso

Sybil (B. 6)
- trimmed to the subject on all sides, tipped at three sheet corners verso to an 18th century album sheet with a pink watercolour and ink border
- some printer’s creases in the upper, centre and lower left subject
- three tiny and unobtrusive holes in the subject
- the sheet edges reinforced with strips of paper on the reverse
- remains of old adhesive at the sheet corners verso
- inscribed Raffaele in brown ink on the reverse

- trimmed to or just inside the borderline and lacking the text border.
- a made-up paper split in the lower left subject
- two horizontal printer’s creases in the lower third of the sheet
