Christie’s is proud to offer our fall Photographs auction in New York from 19 September through 4 October. Among the prestigious collections that will be featured are photographs from Depth Of Field: The Alan And Dorothy Press Collection. Highlights of the sale will include a unique photogram by Lazlo Moholy-Nagy; an early, unique Rayograph by Man Ray; as well as a print of one of Robert Frank’s most celebrated images, New Orleans, 1955. Also included is a rare exhibition print of Stieglitz’s A Venetian Courtyard, in platinum, from the 1899 Philadelphia Salon.
