The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet, with a deckle edge below.
- some very minor handling creases across the sheet, predominantly in the lower margin, only visible in a raking light.
- a pale, vertical dirt mark (35 mm.) below the artist's signature.
- pale mount-staining at the sheet edges verso.
- hinged with paper tape at the upper sheet edge verso, with remains of old tape in places.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
