The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound and in working condition. There are minor fibrous accretions in places. There is some soft surface dirt in places. A cluster of six LED lights in the lower right corner is non-functional. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our view that this work appears to be in overall good condition.
