Gouache on tinted paper. The upper edge serrated and with minor creases and two small flattened folds, corresponding to the work being previously removed from the artist’s sketchbook. The extreme lower left corner missing. A few minute artist’s tack holes in paces towards the edges. Two small unobtrusive tears and a few further nicks towards the lower edge. Medium is strong and fresh throughout. Subject to the foregoing it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
