Sugata: [configuration]: honzukuri, iori-mune, somewhat narrowing blade, deep curve, chu-kissaki
Kitae: [forging pattern]: ko-itame with ji-nie
Hamon [tempering pattern]: chu-suguha of nie
Boshi [tip]: ko-maru
Nakago [tang]: ubu,single mekugi-ana, tachi-mei signature, katte sagari file marks, iriyama-gata jiri
Habaki [collar]: single silver-clad
Nagasa [length of blade]: 70.5cm long
Koshirae [mounting]: with black-lacquered koshirae, shakudo matching fittings with lions, circular shakudo tsuba with peony flowers, 87.5 cm
