It is with great pleasure that we present Stella X Smart Works Fashion Auction, an online charity sale in collaboration with The Telegraph Media Group’s Stella Magazine to raise funds for the inspiring UK charity Smart Works, who help empower unemployed women in need to succeed at their interview and transform their lives. The sale comprises 33 lots, each donated by an iconic woman based on its emotional significance, from representing a particularly important moment, memory or achievement to a defining look from their fashion journey. The donors include Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss, Lara Stone, Gemma Arterton and Dame Shirley Bassey amongst others. From Jane Birkin’s Birkin 35 and Betty Jackson’s sunglasses from the wardrobe of Absolutely Fabulous to Ralph & Russo’s silver liquid velvet asymmetric dress worn by Kylie Minogue and Dame Helena Morrissey’s Alexander McQueen gown from the legendary designer’s 2010 final collection, a wide range of rare and wonderful pieces of fashion history are offered in this exciting sale.
