Cédric Johner, passionate watchmaker and jeweler, founded his own brand in 1997 in Vandoeuvres, a small town in the outskirts of Geneva. His timepieces impress with a perfect design and highest craftmanship, luxury taken to the extreme.
The present example is No. 1 of his “Abyss” ref. 5397/4 series with a highly distinctive octagonal case shape and unusual perpetual calendar indication: two small subsidiary dials for month and leap year and moon phases and bi-retrograde day and date in large fan-shaped displays on the silvered and engine-turned dial.
